Our History
My history has been in the property game for the past 15 years…whether I was selling property myself or renovating homes, anything to do with property and construction. For the past 7 years I’ve worked with Private Property as a Regional Sales Manager. I’ve been wanting to go into property refurbs and maintenance on my own for some time and took the plunge in 2012…….. Munroe Project Management was born.
Clint, my partner has been in the construction business for many years and was a sub-contractor to many of the large construction companies, specialising in glass and aluminium. Early in 2014 Clint came on board full time and brought his expertise with glass and aluminium. In 2014 we decided to only specialize in the installation of Glass Aluminium windows & doors.
Our staff have all been screened and had the necessary training to do Munroe Project Management proud. There is always a Manager on site who will manage the staff personally and make sure that their work is up to the quality that our clients deserve. We work quickly and always on a deadline but efficiently and will go out of our way to make sure that your requirements are met on time.
We are always on site with our guys for supervision and will also get involved ourselves just to give it that much more of a personal touch. Making your project our number 1 priority.

South African National Standard (SANS)
Our government is now focusing on improving the energy efficiency of existing buildings by retrofitting and ensuring that new buildings are designed to be as energy efficient as possible. The amended South African National Building 10400–XA Regulations now require the following:
- XA1 – says that buildings should utilise energy efficiently and reduce greenhouse gas emissions in accordance with a checklist of requirements.
- XA2 – says that not more than 50% of the annual volume of domestic hot water must be heated using electricity.
- XA3 – makes it so that compliance with the XA1 Regulations can be achieved by one of three methods.
